For sale a complex of traditional houses of authentic Cretan architecture that was constructed 400 years ago, carefully restored to detail while retaining some of the original features, thus transferring the sense of that era. It is located in a quiet location in Gavalohori, Apokoronas, Chania, not far from the traditional village square. Through the entrance hall we head to the large living / dining room with fireplace with Cretan sofa / bed and large stone countertop. A staircase made of cypress wood trunks leads us to the upper floor, where there are two double beds and a bathroom with shower.

The second house, originally an olive mill, today has been transformed into a separate house. The view from its courtyard is magnificent over the village and towards the White Mountains, covered by snow until May. Around the house there are olive groves and beds with flowery flowers.

Large stone steps lead us from the olive grove to the private courtyard of this house where we can spend beautiful moments of relaxation. From here, we enter the olive mill, a typical "arched building" in which the dining room with the living room is formed. There is also an old fireplace and a double bed in this room. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with shower.

A staircase of cypress wood leads us to the upper floor where there are two large bedrooms with double beds and one smaller one with a single bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. A private terrace offers even more spectacular views than the courtyard.

The third house was originally the home stables. Today it is a comfortable maisonette with a room and a toilet with shower on each level. The entrance, from the olive grove, leads to the living room, dining room and kitchen which is fully equipped. In this area there is a wooden bench that can also serve as a single bed. The stone steps lead us to the upper floor where there is a traditional bed near the old fireplace.

The house has its own veranda with great views of the village and the White Mountains. On the ground floor, in front of the entrance there is a courtyard (paved) with shade of olive trees and carob trees.

A nice place to relax and participate in the village's life. It offers the unique combination of tranquility with all the modern comforts and easy access to the city. In the village there are several restaurants, taverns and a mini market. Other shops, supermarkets, bars, ATMs are within short distance to the main village of Vamos. The location of the village is ideal for exploring the island. The area offers wonderful walks in the countryside with vineyards and olive groves, for those who like to enjoy hiking.
